Step 1

We connect via telephone call or email and have a conversation to determine your needs.

All communications are private and secure. Based on the conversation, I will draw up a contract that clearly lays out duties to be performed. You will review it and make changes, if any, and we will both sign.


Step 2

I get to work on your needs.

I will collect the necessary documents from you via either Google Drive, email, DropBox, or snail mail. Once services have been rendered, I will send you an invoice.


Step 3

Payment for services.

You will never receive an invoice before the work is done. Once it’s time for this step, you can send a payment via PayPal, check, money order, or Square. You will receive a receipt for your records.

FAQs

How long does it generally take for you to perform your accounting services?

It always depends on what you need done. Regardless, I promise a timely turnaround time from the moment the contract is agreed upon and signed. If at any time life happens to me and I need more time, you will be informed promptly, and with the option to cancel the contract if you are under a time crunch.

What if I have questions at any point?

I am happy to respond quickly via telephone or email.

What if I need a refund?

If you believe that my work has not met your accounting needs, you will be 100% refunded without a hassle.

Do you work under a contract?

Absolutely yes. This protects both you and me. I will not work without a contract, even if you’re a repeat client.
